Diversity at CODiLOG

Diversity contributes to a company’s performance. Consequently, CODiLOG makes it a major priority of its Human Resources policy. Signing the diversity charter bears witness to its commitment in favor of diversity and the equal treatment of its employees.

CODiLOG undertakes to:
  • not discriminate in hiring
  • not make any differentiation with regard to compensation
  • give everyone access to training
As part of the Senior Plan, CODiLOG is committed to keeping seniors employed. Second-half career interviews were held in 2012 for employees over 50 years old. Certain working time arrangements (telecommuting in particular) were implemented to facilitate their daily life.
Finally, senior consultants are directly involved in training and improving the skills of junior consultants.
